This short policy explains what we collect when you submit an app to Duo App Index and how we use it to publish, operate, and protect the service.

What we collect
When you submit an app, we collect the listing details you provide, such as the app name, founder name, website, category, description, use case, founder note, logo, and receipt email. We also record placement, payment, and status information needed to operate the directory.
If you use Auto fill with AI, we process the website URL and the resulting suggestions so you can review and edit them before submitting. We may keep a short-lived cache to make repeat autofill requests faster.
How we use it
We use this information to create and display your app profile, assign a book placement, send purchase-related messages, process payments, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
What is public
Your published app profile, logo, website link, and listing copy may appear in the Duo App Index book and directory. Your receipt email, payment details, internal status, and security logs are not displayed as part of the public listing.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the service, including Stripe for checkout and payment processing, Supabase for database and file storage, and AI or website-reading providers when you choose Auto fill with AI. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services. Card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by Duo App Index.
Retention and your choices
We keep published and archived listings, transaction records, and security information for as long as reasonably needed to run the directory, meet accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Temporary autofill cache data is kept only for a limited period.
You can ask us to correct or remove information by contacting Thoufeekx Labs through thoufeekxlabs.com. Removal may be limited where we need to retain a transaction or security record.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. This is starter website copy and should be reviewed for the launch jurisdiction before production.
